Welcome to Daphne's of Denny
Daphne's of Denny is home to Run at Daphne's, a secure one-acre private dog field on the beautiful Quarter Estate in Denny - with Play at Daphne's (day care) and Stay at Daphne's (kennel accommodation) coming soon. Daphne believes every dog deserves the freedom to run, play, and explore in a safe and fun space. Daphne wanted to share some of her fields with other dogs so they can have as much fun as her running around. Daphne and her owners' aim is to create a safe and welcoming facility where dogs can be dogs, and their owners can relax and enjoy the local countryside and outdoors. Run at Daphne's sits at the front of the estate in a scenic, rural landscape with a backdrop of woodland and conifer trees. The field is fully fenced to 6ft with secure parking, and on site you'll find a container shelter with a table and chairs, poo bags, treats and toys, plus a fresh water pipe to keep your dog hydrated. You might even spot the family's cows and sheep in the neighbouring fields.

Run at Daphne's
Run at Daphne's is a secure and enclosed 1 acre grass field situated in the beautiful Quarter Estate, Denny, FK6 6QZ. Situated at the front of the estate in a beautiful scenic and rural landscape with a backdrop of woodland including conifer trees, Run at Daphne's offers a 1 acre 6ft fenced field with secure parking. On site we have a container building providing shelter for both owner and dog if you need to shelter from the blustery Scottish weather we secretly love, or you would just like to take a seat. Within the container you will find a table and chairs along with poo bags and treats for both dog and owner, and toys for your dog to enjoy while they run in the park. On the outside of the shelter you will find a fresh water pipe to keep your dog hydrated. Run at Daphne's provides a green escape for both owners and dogs, allowing you to bring your dog to a safe and private area to let your dog run freely knowing they can't go too far and no other dogs can get to them. It's the perfect spot for dogs to explore and owners to enjoy the view. You might even see some of Daphne's owners' cows and sheep in the neighbouring fields. Time slots can be booked in 30 minute or 1 hour bookings with a maximum of 5 dogs allowed to Run at Daphne's at any one time. Please note: as we come into winter our daylight hours will reduce, so please come to the run with appropriate lighting for both you and your dog so that you can see each other in the dark.

Daphne & the family
Daphne (Boss girl) - the pooch behind the business. Daphne is our 5 year old GSP. If you don't see her running fast fast fast over the fields with Lesley, you'll find her curled up in front of the Aga or the fire, or even under a blanket. Daphne and Lesley run competitively in Canicross together and have quite a few medals to their name. Daphne's favourite treats are roast chicken and gravy bones. Lesley - boss girl's mum, voice and running partner. Lesley has had dogs all her life, starting with her first family Labrador, Murphy. Away from work, Lesley enjoys keeping fit and putting home cooked meals on the table, with Daphne as her sous chef doing the quality check on carrots and chicken before she serves up. Olly - boss girl's dad and cuddle partner. Olly and Daphne can be found on a Sunday afternoon in front of the fire once all the stock have been checked and the outside jobs are done. When Olly isn't working he enjoys clay pigeon and game shooting. You'd think Daphne would be by his side for this sport, but it's not for her - she prefers the need for speed! Ronnie - Daphne's brother from another mother. Ronnie joined the family in January after looking to be rehomed. He is our 1 year old working cocker spaniel and is Olly's shadow - chasing the quad bike checking sheep, or trying to keep up with Daphne wishing he had long legs like her. Ronnie is being trained to the gun and does what spaniels do best: bringing home the prize. Erica - Olly and Lesley's daughter, and more importantly Daphne and Ronnie's bestie. Erica arrived on 4th May 2026. Daphne is her personal baby guard and Ronnie is definitely her future play friend, constantly bringing his toys to her pram. You might see Lesley and Erica running up and down the tree line if Daphne fancies a rest day.
